Rules - nobody likes them, but unfortunately, they are necessary. Here are the rules for the contest:

Submissions:

1. Editing of pictures is limited to brightness/contrast/resizing -
   No "photoshopping" extra things into your pictures.
2. The theme for the picture must be related to Tamriel, the world of the Elder Scrolls.
   This means no science fiction or other out-of-theme pictures are allowed.
3. You may only submit pictures of yourself, not of relatives or random pictures.
4. Along with your entry picture, you must submit a normal picture of yourself as well.
   The latter will never be published but is solely for verification purposes.
5. Pictures can be entered anonymously should the contestant so desire.
6. You may enter the contest with up to three different pictures.
   No more than three however.
7. Staff of participating fan sites are not allowed to enter the contest.
8. Aside from that, anything is allowed.
9. By submitting your dressup picture(s), you are granting participating fan sites the license
   to use your picture as they see fit within the confines of this contest.
10. Deadline for submissions: March 30th, 2006 at 23:59 (11:59 pm) CET (GMT+1).

Judges and Judging Process:

1. The panel of judges consists of seven members of the Oblivion/Elder Scrolls fan site scene.
2. The panel of judges is pre-selected and will have the final say in everything.
3. All decisions of judges are final and cannot be appealed.
4. In a situation where the above rules do not apply, the ruling of the majority of judges will be deciding.
5. Judges are selected before the start of the competition and their names are published on the contest website.
6. Every judge will make a list of their favorite five entries. For each first place on a list, an entry is awarded 10 pts. Second, third, fourth and fifth places are awarded 8, 6, 4 and 2 points respectively. The entry with the most points wins.
